Then and Now

Same workout, same hill, in 2007 and now.  The differences aren’t all that obvious…a little in the arms, maybe something with the back?  But somehow, it just looks better now.  Which is reasuring.  Hopefully it’s not just an effect of the snazzy tights…. :)

    it is the small changes in the joint angles that make all the difference when it comes to power production…which is all the higher because of all that weight training you have been putting in. physics meets the physical.
