Hot

It’s 55 degrees at the Cresthill Resort right now.  The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and the air is filled with the sound of bird’s song and the steady drip of water.  The snow is melting.

And know what?  I am totally OK with that.  The birkie trail is still in pretty bombproof condition.  More than good enough to last till thursday, at least.  That’s when I leave for Distance Nationals up in AK.  And when I get back, I won’t be sad at all if it’s time for the beach!
